Play together with a parent
Dino Play Academy offers seven games on iPhone and iPad, without an account. It supports Korean and English. The selected age band suggests a starting difficulty. Parents can adjust difficulty, sound, motion, text size and hints in the parent area.
Support languages and response time: You can write in Korean or English. We reply within 1–3 business days.
Free play and lifetime full access
Free play includes five fixed courses in each of seven games: 35 starter courses with unlimited repeats. All five Swipe Safari topics—pictures, shapes, uppercase letters, lowercase letters and Hangul—are included, along with 20 collectible stickers.
One non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks all difficulty levels, new layouts and the ability to earn a total of 100 stickers. Buying access does not award 100 stickers immediately. Complete at least three rounds across at least two different games to earn the next sticker.
There is no subscription, automatic renewal, advertising or separate payment for hints. Check the local price on Apple’s purchase screen before confirming.
Restore a purchase
- Check that the device’s App Store uses the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Connect to the internet and tap the parent icon on Home.
- Complete the parental check or PIN authentication, then open lifetime access and purchase restoration.
- Choose Restore Purchases and wait for Apple’s confirmation.
You can restore access on another iPhone or iPad using the same Apple Account. Family Sharing is not currently promised. Records and stickers are saved on each device; restoration does not transfer them or recover them after deletion.
If access is missing or approval is pending
- Check the network, purchasing Apple Account and the device’s purchase restrictions.
- For a pending request, check the parent’s Apple Account and use the app’s check-approval-status action.
- Try restoration before attempting another purchase. Free courses remain available when the purchase has not been verified.
- If payment is uncertain after cancellation or an error, check your Apple purchase history.
Visit Apple’s Report a Problem and refund page for transaction and refund support. The operator does not collect card details to process payments directly.
Delete play records or reset the PIN
For the current child: Open the parent area, then Play Records, choose to clear this child’s records, and confirm. This clears that child’s progress, history, personal bests, stickers and game in progress. Other profiles, the parent PIN and purchase entitlement remain.
For a forgotten PIN or full reset: Return to the parent PIN entry screen from Home. Choose the forgotten-PIN option, choose to erase all data and start again, then complete the parental check. This clears all profiles, records, stickers, settings and the PIN on the device.
Deleted records and stickers cannot be recovered by the app. Cancelling does not erase anything. The Apple purchase entitlement is separate and can be restored with the same account. PIN verification values may remain in iOS secure storage after uninstalling; use the in-app full reset first to remove the PIN.
